TMS Spring Seminar
The flagship one-day seminar, held on the satellite day of BSAVA Congress, has been at the forefront of the latest veterinary practice management thinking, with high-calibre speakers (as previous attendees can testify) consistently challenging delegates to implement a range of initiatives in their business. Topics over the last couple of years have included:
- Maintaining a motivated, communicative team
- Your market is about relationships
- What is customer care?
- Attracting and retaining clients
- Understanding what makes people buy
The seminar is principally aimed at practice partners and managers, but may also be of great benefit to those assistants/nurses aspiring to a role in practice management.
