PodcastsTMS and Toojays Training and HR Consultancy have teamed up to deliver a cost-effective, time-efficient solution to meet your customer service training needs using state-of-the-art learning techniques – where the staff don’t even have to leave their desks!

This innovative approach utilises two technologies you may have heard of, but perhaps hadn’t considered as a means of training staff. Using a combination of a podcast, followed by a three-part webinar, TMS and Toojays have created five structured modules designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills required to deliver exceptional customer engagement.

A podcast is simply a digital audio file. Despite the name, you don’t actually need an iPod to listen to one; all you need is audio software capable of playing MP3 files. Such programs are included as standard on most computer systems (i.e. Windows Media Player for PC and iTunes for the Mac).

Each FREE downloadable 15-minute podcast covers the essentials of the subject matter. Key points are covered and a guide to best practice is outlined. These easily accessible resources provide a great way to increase awareness and impart the fundamentals of five key areas for receptionists and customer facing staff.
